Last time I rowed a 7:19. I thought I'd be able to get closer to 7:00, but such is life. I was sort of worn down a little from playing volleyball 3 of the previous 4 days. Whatever, 7:00 next time damnit.
I lost about 30 pounds since August 2008. I play a lot of volleyball. It's a LOT easier/less painful than it was before I dropped that weight. I currently weigh 226. I would like to get down to 200 pounds, as I believe I could be a pretty good asskicker playing at that weight.
